Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of pkr365, and the immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to hold or use a player account.
3.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. pkr365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). pkr365 may require you to provide documentary proof of identity, address, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your pkr365 account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. 4.1 Supported Methods. pkr365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All account balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr365 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies.
4.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or using payment methods not registered to you, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. pkr365 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds at its discretion with reasonable notice to users.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. pkr365 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and within 3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended pending identity verification or anti-fraud review. pkr365 reserves the right to perform additional verification before releasing any withdrawal.
4.5 Matched Deposit Method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. pkr365 may request additional documentation to verify payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal.
5.1 General. All betting and gaming activity on pkr365 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting rules, casino game rules, and crash/instant-win game rules — as published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific product rules, the product rules prevail for matters specific to that product.
5.2 Final Authority. pkr365 is the final authority on the settlement of all bets and casino game outcomes. Decisions by pkr365 regarding the outcome of any bet or game, including in circumstances of technical malfunction, are final and binding.
5.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that affects a game or bet in progress, pkr365 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account balance. pkr365 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a technical malfunction.
5.4 Odds and Prices. Odds and prices on betting markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. pkr365 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in published odds. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at pkr365's discretion, with the stake returned to the player.
6.1 Bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by pkr365 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published with each individual promotion. General platform Terms apply in addition to promotion-specific terms.
6.2 pkr365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that player rights vested prior to such modification are honoured.
6.3 Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting to hedge promotions, or using software to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
6.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr365 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkr365 content without prior written consent.
9.1 The pkr365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of wagered funds resulting from platform unavailability or technical error.
9.3 pkr365's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your pkr365 account balance at the time the claim arises.

10.2 18+ pkr365 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register or use its services under any circumstances. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source.

11.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, pkr365 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Legitimate account balances held at the time of a non-breach termination will be returned to the player via the registered payment method following completion of identity verification.
11.3 You may close your pkr365 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.
12.1 pkr365 may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. 12.2 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, your only remedy is to close your account in accordance with clause 11.3 above. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr365 is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13.2 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with pkr365 informally by contacting pkr365 support and allowing a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for resolution.
